Thank you for choosing Solviva. Below is our detailed shipping information.

Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process and ship orders on weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5 - 10 business days after shipment. For international orders, delivery usually takes 10 - 21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, size and delivery address. Import duties, taxes and customs fees for international shipments are borne by the customer.

Order Tracking:
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly via kenzirobertson108@hotmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Address Modification:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped.
